"I've been going to them for 10 or 11 years and it seems to get worse and worse and this year has been by far the worse. Nalo would never return my calls or text, never communicated with me until I showed up at her office catching her off guard, acting confused like she never received any of my text even though it's the same number we communicated on prior to me doing taxes with her this year...knowing my taxes got rejected but never told me until I text her a few times..a week later of not hearing anyhring...she claimed she was going to fix it the next day....nothing...took another week or so..I told her to not do my taxes anymore because I found someone else to do it, this was a thursday, she said they've been Accepted already so I basically had no choice, turns out she didn't actually submit it yet until the following Monday, and she charged over 500 to do my taxes...which I never agreed to because she used my signature from another document I had signed before."

"Be very cautious when using this company and Jasmine! I’d give NEGATIVE stars if possible! Don’t use these less than stellar tax preparers. It’s been 13 months since filing my 2017 return and errors keep coming up. My return is still in limbo. My current tax preparer found questionable deductions and refuses to touch it until the IRS completes their process. My banking information was entered completely different from what it is, my address and phone were entered incorrectly, and I don’t know what else could be wrong with the return. My mother’s 2018 return was flagged because the previous return that Top Notch Tax Service did listed the wrong address and that was a red flag for the IRS. Now she must wait 9 weeks longer to get her current return. My sister once used this company and ended up owing thousands of dollars following an IRS audit. Choose your tax preparer wisely. This is not a wise option!"
