"I paid $350 for the prep service last year, and my refund was higher. I am paying $536 this year and my refund is lower...and They sneak in hidden charges and don't explain! Beware of hidden charges and definitely pay attention to anything you sign, even if it seems standard at first glance! Be very careful...better yet, skip this place and try TurboTax because this establishment is very untrustworthy! They find sneaky ways to overinflate and charge you, and you more without you knowing. Like quoting you $150 for services, but in the middle of the "standard" paperwork for you to sign, there is a few extra $100 charges for random things that can cost you $500 or more by the time you receive your return check! Be careful people! The IRS needs to shut this place DOWN!"

"Poor customer service when you file it never shows up on where’s my refund. Communication through text is a joke once they have your information getting an update is slim to none. They tell you the cash loan is about credit check loan lies lies lies. No text /call these people there a ghetto mess."

"MEN STAY AWAY!!!! I did my taxes here for 2016 and ill never go here again. They only help women out. Had a friend refer me here (female). She got a discount on her taxes and got back a great return. I do my taxes and the preparer, Larissa, tells me that I should be prepared to be audited. Because I am a single father I should be ready to get audited. Sure enough, IRS contacts me telling me I was audited. Many reasons. Address was wrong, info was done incorrectly, numbers weren't done right. Math was off. They have calculators and still can't add or subtract. They charge women way less than men. I got charged almost 600+ dollars for my return. IRS still is in process of my audit. I did my taxes in February and its November. This place is trash. They even got paid for my taxes and then want to try to charge me a second time. I paid them thru the IRS. IRS paid me 10% of my return up front until end of audit. All of it went to LESA. And when I check with them they lie and say they still need payment. Until I tell them the IRS sent me documents stating they got paid did they change their story. If you are a female, it might be the place. But for men, they will charge you more, and set you up for failure. STAY AWAY."

"Staff is very rude. I called to see if my refund came in twice the same day & the first time i called in a civilized voice they told me to check the status of my refund on where's my refund. Second time i called i had to speak ignorantly toward them just for them to tell me my refund had came. Then i tried to cash my refund & they didn't want to verify the check w/ the check cashing place so the check cashing place told me to call. When i called to verify the check the lady was being extremely rude once again & didn't want to verify the check w/ me when i asked for the amount of the check she was like don't you have your paper work w/ you? I said no. She said well you'll see how much it is when you pick it up. I said you're rude & your customer service is terrible then hung up. I would never get my taxes done at this facility again."
