"If I ever receive my 2022 tax return I might be able to give them 1 extra star… I filed my taxes with this business specifically Shay, the owner, and I deeply regret it. The first day I walked into this building there were so many red flags as to why I should not file my taxes with them, but unfortunately I ignored them and gave them a chance.. For example, my daughter’s name was spelled incorrectly and my email address was input completely wrong on my 2022 tax return forms. If I did not look over all the documents myself that problem would have never got fixed. After filing with them I never received any communication with them until my boyfriend had to call and address the situation. After that there was still very little communication and was told things that just kept on not being true. Here we are over one year later and I have yet to receive my tax return. My boyfriend also filed with this company and got a letter from the IRS stating that he owes $4000 and he has received no communication from anyone on how to move forward… I recommend going through turbo tax and doing it yourself. This company will charge you about $700-800 and all this hassle is definitely not worth the extra $500 more I might’ve gotten instead of going through turbo tax. I do not recommend these services. Not professional whatsoever and I highly doubt you will ever get your tax return."
