"I normally don't leave reviews, but I couldn't even get around to filing my taxes with this company. Extremely unprofessional in terms of being considerate of client's time. I had to reach out several times, after being told a specific time in which I would receive a call back, several times. (I never received a single call back). The one conversation I did have with Mr. Tory was extremely brief and I was just brushed off and told he would call me back, which he didn't! Once again, I was told I would receive a call at a specific time. When I called at the time he said he would be calling me after not receiving anything, I was told "he was with another client." Extremely frustrating when you work and your schedule isn't flexible. I just decided to go elsewhere, and I wish I would've done that initially. Save your time and go somewhere else."
