"If I could give this company a 0 star I would. They have aweful customer service. I called to get my deposit back after only 10 days because they stated that the government wouldn't take my check and yet the government took my whole check. i Literally spoke to them twice in which they didn't know everything about my account because they didn't yet get authorization to speak on my behalf. The lady i spoke to was rude and would not help us. She kept repeating her self and raising her voice stating she's not going to repeat herself. We were promised a service that was not done. We ended up cancelling it literally immediately because they were not able to keep their promises. Worst company. Would not recommend these people are just scammers and i hope the worst for them."
"This company uses deception to collect money from you saying " they guarantee you qualify for assistance". Then someone else calls you 2 weeks later telling you "you don't qualify". What foolishness. Run far from this company as fast as you can! Keep your money and RUN!"
"Horrible services nothing but crooks who had been reported to BBB and the Attorney general now working to sue the company and Michelle Harris who mismanaged my case by intentionally sending me other clients money orders just tacky!"
"I paid finish line tax solutions over $2,000 to handle my 2019 IRS debt. They assigned me to a man named Manuel who was either not in the office or not available and when he was he never remembered anything about my account and I could hear him shuffling paperwork to remember what was going on. One day Manuel was no longer there so they put me with a woman named Loretta. No one gave her any information about my account so I had to start over. To make a long story short I'm still having trouble with the IRS for that debt I called Loretta today and spoke to the supervisor and I asked them if they could please send me the paperwork that confirms the information that I'm telling the IRS is correct. And they won't so I'm going to end up paying the $5,000 to the IRS. I asked them what it would cost to give Loretta power of attorney to talk to the IRS and the supervisor said I'd have to start all over and pay so something that would take 2 minutes to fax me the paperwork or email and they won't do it!!"
