"UPDATE - Republic ended up having MAJOR problems..... My properties were not adequately represented (the attny for Republic ended up being fired). They did zero work updating me with the status of things. Tried a different company - not only was I asked for information that would help lower my taxes, I was also pleasantly surprised to only be charged 25% of savings instead of standard 33% that Republic charges. Bottom line -- Steer clear of Republic. Do your homework and you'll find plenty of other helpful, reputable companies that actually want your business and do a good job. _______ So far so good. I've used them for a few years on two properties and Amanda has helped with reasonable reductions. I would value a little better communication of the entire process (I end up calling the office myself and getting an update on the status of things)."

"Galveston County Tax Appraisal Statement for 2022 was up 30% from last year. I contacted Republic Property Tax service and they responded quickly, submitting documentation, images and statements.
