"Wish I could give no stars. Waisted my time and gas with this company. Deina Is RUDE. I kept getting the run around. Terrible communication. Told something different every time I called. I arrived at the office and signed in and was told that I would get a call when it was my turn so I could return to office. No one ever called. I called for a week and kept getting the run around. After 6 days finally talked to Deina and after yelling and over talking me said and I quote “ come get your stuff sweetie. I don’t want to do it!” I think they are racist and only service their own kind (Hispanic). That’s all that was there in the office. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!"

They all seemed to work for the IRS and got nervous and uncomfortable when I mentioned i needed to find some ways to lower my huge tax bill. the tax estimator and the amount that it estimated i owed would’ve bankrupted me. one minute speaking with Chris i realized lChris works for his clients, Chris cares about his clients.
