"Worst experience at this accountant company with one of the C.P.A, called Connie Zhang. Me and myself LLC company need filling tax return service. I personally visited their office(2-8-2023). The C.P.A Connie was the one gave me reception. I entrusted her with the task of filing my tax return, but she failed to fulfill her responsibilities in a timely manner. Not only did Connie miss the official deadline(4-17-2023), but she also exhibited a lack of professionalism throughout the process. She consistently ignored/didn't reply my emails and phone calls, leaving me in the dark about the progress of my tax return. The last secpnd Emails I sent to her request the status about my tax return on 4-6-2023, NO REPLY! As a result, I faced significant delays(4-13-2023 still no response with my Email) and have to looking for another accountant to extend filling my tax return! The negligence and unresponsiveness displayed by Connie were completely unacceptable. As a C.P.A in the field, she should understand the importance of meeting deadlines and providing clear communication to clients. Unfortunately, my experience with her fell far short of the expected standard. I strongly advise others to reconsider avoid this company. The lack of competence and poor customer service demonstrated by Connie is not worth the trouble and frustration it may cause."
