"Very unacceptable service!! Really bad NEVER recommend this insurance at all!! Very dissapointing! Our policy was cancelled just because the insurance “sent” a letter which we never received that they needed more information after our agent(Edwin) told us we were all set!! We called more than ONCE to get back in with insurance and all those many times they said they were going to call us back and THEY NEVER DID!! Progressive thank you for this bad experience ill make sure i will NOT recommend you guys to anyone!!!!"
"Edwin is very unprofessional he starts out so nice and smart about what hes doing but than DO NOT pay attention to detail before he submits your refund. #1He submitted my refund with the incorrect dependent social which caused a delay that he didnt catch I did, #2 he had me sign paperwork with the refund amount showing one thing than sends me a screenshot of another amount because he failed to enter the EIC. He of course had to do an amendment on this which is another delay on my taxes, he stated he certified mailed it off so as i called him for an update due to IRS saying they dont have it, he wants to ignore me but answer texts and calls from everyone else that i put up to texting him just to see if he would reply and he did. Please dont waste your time and money going to him i feel he needs more experience and attention to detail. Im highly upset not because he made a mistake but he made several of them than he wants to duck and dodge people because he dont know what hes doing and were just trying to inquire because you suppose to have the knowledge on this. Might i add i brought business to him a great friend of mines, but rest assure he wont be getting my business again.To Edwin return peoples calls clear your voicemail box reply to texts than maybe you wouldn't be left a review like this. Learn how to conduct business."

"I made a deal with this company and hope never need them again. I really don't recommend. Edwin treat you very well in the beginning but when you need him, forget it... he will be taking care of his own business. Never call you back when promises. I have already asked Progressive to take him out of my account."
