"If I could give them a negative review, I would. These people are thieves!!!!! I am so surprised they are not locked up in jail somewhere!!! But, God will allow you to do evil for so long then they will have to pay back ten fold what they have done to people. They are dishonest and they will rob you!!! They lied on our tax work and we had to end up owing the IRS over $5.000!!!!! We got a big return, but it came with a BIG COST $$$$!!! When we tried setting up an appointment to find out WHY, they ducked and dodged us like the plague!!!! Both her AND her husband!!! When I was blowing up her phone, she got mad at me saying her husband had to have surgery! I asked her to set up an appointment so we can go over the taxes and she would make appointment and NO SHOW!!!! I would NOT recommend these people!!! You need to make sure that the people doing your taxes are legit!!!"

"I got a decent amount of money back on my tax return and didn't think about it too much. Here I am looking at the paperwork they filled out while checking the status of my refund online. They charged me $969! To do my taxes! That is criminal. They never mentioned the fee, I was only told what I was getting back. Almost $1000 to do taxes is ridiculous! This is plain and simple robbery as they made me sign multiple times on a signature pad linked to the computer so I couldn't actually see the forms I was signing. This is just taking advantage."
