I went to another tax service and was surprised that instead of questionable write offs my whole refund was complete fiction. If you use these people expect three things. 1. They will fiddle with the numbers to get you a refund then charge you a fortune. 2. You’re a$$ will get audited. 3. They will never return your call. FACTS.
