"Ms. Diaz was of no help today. Understandably, it's the last week of tax season, but by no means a good reason to rush through people's taxes. Especially considering my appointment was scheduled rather than by walk-in. My tax information was entered within 15 minutes, which I can do on Turbo Tax, but no follow-up questions regarding acceptable tax deductions or anything else I expected from a tax professional. Basically, I just watched someone fill out an online Turbo Tax form on my behalf, which I had already done months prior. Going across the street later today for a more thorough session."

"*UPDATE* DO NOT GO HERE! We just got charged a lot in late fees due to the negligence of this women and this office. STILL have not gotten back to me as well. I am so incredibly mad. If I could rate ZERO or negative stars I absolutely would. We went in April 18th, the last day to do taxes so we weren't expecting a smooth in and out appointment but it was FAR worse than what we expected. It was the worst service I have ever received. Our tax professional Audrey, didn't appear to know much about the taxes we were doing that day which was business LLC taxes. Once we finally got to the end and we were about to pay and leave, she ran into some error which couldn't calculate how much we needed to pay that day so she sent us away saying she'll contact technical support and get back to me. That ended up in us not finishing our taxes. She called the next day to tell me she hadn't figured it out yet and she'd let me know soon. She NEVER called me back. I tried calling the office SO many times to get some kind of answer. Finally after a week or more of contacting that office the receptionist answered and I explained my issue, she said she couldn't help me because she was on the phone for someone else's issue and hung up. We are now more than 2 weeks overdue on our taxes because of the incompetence of the tax "professional", Audrey. Extremely unprofessional and plainly, rude. I have been on the phone with so many people, went to two different offices to figure out what is happening and no one could help me. Everyone kept saying they would call back and guess what? I NEVER got a call back from anyone. So be cautious of this location and be especially cautious if you get Audrey as your tax professional."

"I am so pleased we went here! We were looking at paying quite a bit of money in taxes, but the agent they gave us, Janet, saw the mistakes I had made and we only owed $195! The service was quick and fast, we knew exactly what we were going to have to pay to have them process our taxes. I will definitely be going here again"

"Yesterday my husband and I did our taxes at another H&R Block location in Katy. We felt horrible about the experience and decided to get another opinion. We called this office and they got us in this morning to review our report. It turns out there were errors on the original submission! Luisa and Andrea explained to us what was done incorrectly and what the next steps may be like. The office manager was amazing. She apologized for the bad experience and did everything she could to make it better. I am so grateful for the amazing service and a second opinion. We will be back to this office 100%."
