"I worked with Al and Traci for the first time this year for my personal and business taxes. I provided all information to them in early March, including specific states I needed to file in. They told me they filed an extension and then I didn't hear from them for months. It was incredibly difficult getting ahold of them. I had to follow up multiple times to make sure they were still working on my taxes and again to make sure they were even filed. I had to point out that they forget to file a document! After I paid them in full, I received a late filing tax penalty months later from the state tax board. I found out they didn't file the extension in one of the states I do business in. When I notified them of the late fee and asked to be reimbursed for their error they completely ghosted me. DON'T work with them if you're looking for good customer service and people who actually care about small businesses."

"Paid this company $$ to set up a company and help with taxes. 4 yrs later and still no paperwork for the company taxes were filed wrong and they have no accountability for what they did. Al will not return calls as ive been trying for over 2 yrs"

"Larry was great. This was a 5-star operation. Since Larry’s departure I’ve been trying hard since 9/1 to have a simple amendment done to my 2021 1040. Cyndy and Tamara have been very nice each of the 20 times I’ve called asking for an update, but here we are 2.5 months later and I can’t get my newly assigned CPA Tracy to call me back at all. Not once in 2.5 months. Zero communication. I’m at a total loss."
