"If you are thinking about filing with by the book tax services please do so. I received a flyer in the mail and normally I don't pay attention to flyers or file with just anyone I don't know. But this year I did. I gave them a call and Ms. Janice was very professional and very polite. I wanted to get a quote on fees and ask her about an advance because previous tax prep charger a fee but took out way more and I got tired of it. We did everything over the phone and email. She was very fast at getting back to me with an estimate after I sent over my information. With a leap of faith I went ahead and filed. She explained everything to me. She even answered questions I had. I know some of my question were self explanatory but she was cool and still answered.
