"See all the one star reviews. After minimally getting my property tax value down (20k), I appealed it (costing me an additional $500). I live on a busy street so the home across the street and behind me were perfect comps, obviously ignored by this tax service. I won the appeal without even the need for the hearing upon providing the two comps and achieved the lowering of my property tax value (an additional $30k!). I also disputed his credit card charge and got that money back."

"Jack and his staff did not help me at ALL! If I would have hired someone who actually would have put forth more than ten minutes of effort I would have saved $$$$$. After multiple messages to speak with Jack I was told his office was unable to find any comps in my area. Meanwhile another company found comps of my property working one day. They continue to send their worthless marketing materials and cold calls. Steer clear!"

"Jack represented me and lost the first ARB hearing only b/c agent at Tarrant Board hung up the phone - was rude. Jack contact the ARB chairman and achieved second hearing - Getting a redo hearing on a tax dispute is next to impossible at Tarrant County - Thank Jack Simmons -"

"Hired this company to protest our property tax in 2020, but there was no reduction in tax at all. I asked them to provide the paperwork submitted to TCAD, and they were not able to produce any. I emailed them multiple times over 2 months, but they kept replying "out of town". I finally looked up their business address on google maps, and they operate out of a small bungalow in south Fort Worth, not from an office building. Many things about how they operate is shady & suspect. This is a fraudulent business and I would NOT use them. Oh, BTW, they also use a different name as well, Texas Property Tax Reduction. They probably change name of company after negative reviews accumulate."

"I reached out to Jack Simmons about the service of providing appeals for our home in Southlake. I talked to him about him taking on the appeal at 25% fee that he advertises. He said that he would take the appeal on and asked me to send him the appeal info. I did not hear from him for about 10 days. When I called subsequently he changed his tune and said that the charge would be expensive and that it would cost a flat fee of $695. I told him that I respectfully decline his services because of the late notice and the fact he could have told me much earlier. Watch out for this guy! I probably lost my chance for appeal but I was not going with this service,"
