"I think they gave me the wrong prescription, no I’m sure they gave me the wrong prescription and I say this because my issues started after the fact I got new prescription glasses with them. I started experiencing double vision, eye twitching, eye/facial spams, migraines-headaches it was so severe that I had to get an MRI. Respectfully, I will not return. Some of my issues are now semi permanent."

"I absolutely adored Dr Nguyen and the staff. I was referred by the VA. My issue came when the VA called me to set up an appointment to be screened- because neither myself or they had received any the records from two different appointments I attended, except the prescription, which we had to call and request be corrected and faxed, as my information had been written incorrectly, making the one I was given in person useless to me. The VA mails me copies of the medical bills they pay on my behalf, so I know that the office has been paid but no results."

"Several things caused to give them a 1 star review, first is they charge you for eye dilatation without even asking you. So I paid almost 200 out of pocket for my family and I. Second, eyewear is expensive compared to other places, I ended paying a total of over 1600 for 4 pair of glasses and thats with insurance, plus they didn't have any offers like Eyemart Espress has when paying with your insurance. Third, one of my kids broke his frame and yet under warranty they charged me 84 to have them replaced. My kids all their life have been breaking glasses and no place had charge me for a replacement under warranty. Definitely will be shopping around once the time comes around for new glasses. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one."

"Loved the Dr and staff. They were profesional and fast! I purchased some glasses that were a bit expensive vs. others (I am okay with that given the fact that I am happy with the staff $600 with insurance). However, the glasses material is super cheap. I have anti scratch and the lenses scratched up with the cleaning towel provided. Same issue with my wife. Wish they would have better quality material to justify the high dollar expense."

"Worst experience. Was given the wrong lenses on my glasses and when asked to correct them, I was rudely told that it was my problem and I would have to buy a new pair of glasses. My lenses were so heavy and unwearable. I also paid almost $500 for my pair of glasses. I’m posting a picture of what I was given. And also a picture of another pair of glasses/lenses with the same prescription, that I purchased from a different place, with the correct lenses. I paid for the lightest pair of lenses on both pairs. I do not recommend."
