"As many other reviews have stated the staff is rude, unprofessional and does not communicate. I had an appointment for my children and called at 4:30pm to inquire about rescheduling. I was told the person for scheduling was not in and a note would be left for her to call me in the morning. I called the next morning 8:30 and received an answering service, unable to leave message. Since I had not heard from the office I showed up after rearranging my schedule and taking 2 children out of school, and was informed that they had filled their spots. The receptionist stated “this sound mean, but my job is to fill their spots not call you. I have the note that was left but I took it as you wanted to cancel and had to fill those spots.” If she had communicated with me and called in the beginning of the day prior to worrying about the financial need of filling those spots, she would have know that I had not intention of cancelling and was merely looking to see if there was anything available at a later time. Or at least call me to let me know you took the liberty of cancelling my appointments without first talking to me so I don't rearrange everyone’s schedule and interrupt academic learning inappropriately. Bottom line is communication is key and this office is poorly lacking in communication."

"Dr. Mollere and his staff are always so positive, and gentle with my children. They all look forward to dental visits, my daughter even wants to become a dentist now. We went to this office after being told that my three year old needed 2,000 dollars worth of work on "surface cavities!" Dr. Mollere thoughtfully and thoroughly evaluated the child and came to a very different conclusion. Fast forward 7 years, and there have not been any issues. We recently had a dental emergency on a Sunday, and Dr. Mollere was in contact with us immediately. He checked up on the patient multiple times throughout the week. So grateful to have a kind, caring , and awesome dentist for my children."

"Personally, he’s a kind, warm, friendly dentist & my kids like him like a grandpa. He’s really personable and his friendly jolly visits are the main reason we are still coming here. He puts the kids at ease and seems genuinely concerned. The office staff is a little less than wonderful, though. I have to agree with some of the other reviews concerning the staff. I also showed up for an appointment following the appointment card they sent and was told we don’t have an appointment. The doctor wasn’t even there. They went ahead and did a cleaning but no checkup bc doc wasn’t there. If he improved his office staff I could give 5 stars."

"Great dentist, and disappointed I have to leave an unfavorable review for something he did not do directly. But unfortunately the office staff has proven to be unprofessional. A staff member was rude my wife over the phone and complained about our insurance, "to be honest, I do not like your insurance" among other comments. Most dental offices confirm they accept a patients insurance BEFORE a procedure is done. We have been to other dentists and there have been no complaints or issues at all from our nationally known dental insurance."

"Visits are too long, but he's friendly, makes it very easy for young kids. This office welcomes parents to go back with the children unlike other offices in the area. Love Dr Mollere, won't go to another for all 4 of my kids."
