"The best ER in the northeast. The times I have had to go in I’m attended to almost immediately. The staff is great sometimes a bit curt but professional. Dr Harper is the BEST."
"I went to this ER filled out the form and rang the bell. I waited about 15 minutes and was brought in to a nice, clean room. I was immediately attended by very nice nurse who took her time to take my vitals, and to write down my symptoms. I was then greeted by Dr. Jose Gonzalez! I never had an amazing, kind doctor like him! He was in no rush! He listened to my concerns! He explained in detailed what his medical plan would be for me! I will be going back should I need to and I highly recommend this place! Thank you Dr Gonzalez and staff for taking good care of me!!! You guys rock!!"
"Horrible . They say they are an ER but say they don’t do a lot of things on site. Doctors always seem bothered , they don’t care just want to get you out as soon as possible . They are rude an condescending. I didn’t go to medical school , that’s why we go to them for guidance but instead use that to their advantage to talk down to you. Had to match a very rude doctor energy for him to de escalate. Sad"
"So far got to emergency area and nobody is here. About 15 mins later someone comes out and gives me a form to fill out. Been sitting now for over 30 mins. Nobody has said anything to me. Once someone did come out they were rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. How is this a hospital. Thought caring for people was the mission. Worse hospital or medical area I have ever seen and I have been in multiple combat areas and got better care. Multiple people have came in and left. Guess good care isn’t important. Photo shows empty waiting room with no staff. Left. Will never try this place again. Will tell all who works for me to avoid."
