"I came to Dr. Khattak for routine annual cancer visit. I have been with Swedish American for 3 years now. The only difference this time is that I am on Medicare and supplement. The Dr. or the office this time coded the visit a level 4. I received nothing special on this appointment and plan to fight this and also report to insurance company and any senior watch group. A level 4 insurance copays can be different. Be careful this is deceptive."
