This office has been super friendly and worked with us throughout the experience. Dentist Lu has been great with my two kids. The waiting room is beautiful and the dental hygienist, Maris, is so nice and helpful. I’m so glad we made the switch to this dentist!"

"Loved walking into such a beautiful office and to a welcoming staff. On a mom budget- the office staff is very forward about payment and explaining the costs before the doctor proceeds with care. They are okay with continuing service or rescheduling if needed. They want you to have the knowledge and the best care at the end of the day. And that makes me feel good that they care about my child and not just about the money. Dr. Lou asked me questions to get the full understanding of why my daughter was there, and went about her exam and explained her findings and what she thought/ recommended and why. On my child side- she was SO comfortable with Sandra and Dr. Lou that she wouldn’t stop talking for them to do their job. Telling them stories of all kinds, laughing and all in their business asking questions. I know I’m in the right place when my daughter is like that. I will definitely be back for future visits!"

"I highly recommend Rockford Pediatric Dentistry. We had been to another pediatric dentist before here, and this is by far the best experience we have had. Dr. Duran seems caring and kind. They office staff is upbeat and greets us with a smile every time. The office is bright and kid friendly with iPads and TVs to occupy them while they wait. My daughter (7 years old) said they get to watch movies while getting their dental work done. Overall a wonderful experience."
