"Made an appointment for my husband who needs an eye exam who has health insurance through work that covers vision he does not have separate vision card and they said it would be fine he could still have his appointment and pay out of pocket if we couldn’t get the insurance figured out. Fast forward to a day before the appointment the front desk lady calls him while he’s at work very rudely telling him to give her his social security and to call his HR representative to explain how health insurance works. Safe to say we’ll be finding somewhere else to go…"
