"The best dental experience in my 75 years of life. Dr. Chet extracted a bottom jaw tooth and did a full assessment of my teeth and all my top teeth were loose. Had to permanent bridges on each side that were failing and causing a bunch of pain. My four front teeth were loose also. His recommendation was to remove all top teeth and bridges and put in 4 new implants. Everything is very well coordinated I went in at 8:00am. At 8:25 they put me to sleep to do the surgery. They woke me up at 12:30 and then put in a plastic retainer for the temporary set of teeth to rest on. There were 4 tinohoñes in the teeth and 4 tiny screws were put in and they use a ratchet wrench to tighten the screws. I left his office around 2:30, no pain. He prescribed pain medication and antibiotics but the pain was only needed for a couple of days!! I will never go to any other dentist!!!"

The professionalism of the staff and Doctors made the experience one I looked forward to, instead of dreading. I really like my smile now!"

"I have a long history with this dentist and I've been more than patient, no pun intended. I gave serious consideration to filing a malpractice suit this last go around, but decided to move on with my life. I should also note that the majority of my bad experiences were with only one of the dentists that work here. Some of the staff are really good, some are rude and behave as if you're interrupting them. I've had many procedures here. I'm in pain right now because the last filling I had put in came out for the THIRD TIME, which I don't understand. I'm not doing anything weird. I've also been left in pain for days on two separate occasions due to the fact that I have tattoos all over me. Just kidding, but the dentist DID say he "wasn't comfortable" prescribing them to me. When I told my medical doctor about it, he told me that the dentist should've called him if he had any problems. Also, I have a very busy job and had to change my appointment several times, so I've paid them around 100 bucks in cancellation fees, which is just petty and stupid. Anyway, I could go on but I do NOT recommend this dental practice and will not return, ever."

"I used Gray Dentistry back in 2017 before I moved and it was fantastic. From office staff all the way to dental assistant and the dentist. Everyone is caring and kind and thorough. I moved back and went earlier this week and nothing has changed. Everyone was so great and attentive. This kind of hospitality is incredibly hard to find these days. Hands down, this is the best dentist office in Midland."
