"WARNING!!! I have never seen this level of incompetence in a practice...I would give a zero if able. This is my mother's Dr. They screw up her prescriptions and made her redo appointments and test because they can't manage to get her the result in a timely manner, which is insurance fraud. No phone calls were ever returned to get results, even though they were called daily for them. They give false information. Referrals are supposed to be put in, but that doesn't happen. If you care about your health or your loved ones' health, I would avoid this practice at all cost. The unprofessionalism of this practice the last 2-3 months is unprecedented. They do not follow through on anything, and the phone receptionist gives out false information before checking out the facts. UPDATE: We have been trying to get my mother's prescription corrected for over a week(since 14 Feb)They sent it to walmart with the wrong quantity a day on it and when we went to get her refill walmart said it's to soon. Called the office about this, and the phone receptionist said, "No problem, we can just send it to Oklahoma if it's not fixed before she travels." Well the receptionist was WRONG!!! SHE GAVE FALSE INFORMATION BEFORE DOING HER RESEARCH. Evidently, that medication is now a controlled substance, so it can't be sent from a doctor in Texas to an OK pharmacy. The prescription is still not corrected at Wal-Mart. My brother was going to pick up the prescription and meet me with it. 6 hour drive for each of us. But it is still not updated, so it can't even be picked up. Called multiple times today trying to get status, talked to the incompetent phone receptionist about this, and have been told the doctor still has to sign off...WAIT WHAT!!! IT HAS TAKEN OVER A WEEK AND ITS STILL HASNT BEEN SIGNED OFF ON. We have stated multiple times that she will run out, they just don't care. She's is now in pain without meds, and we were informed by the phone receptionist that they will get to it after they see patients...this evening. I am absolutely sick over this. My mother is elderly and has been lied to, ignored, and her needed care just drug out for the advantage of them being paid for repeated visits and labwork and not actually providing care. This office should be shut down. We will be taking my mother to someone else, and in the meantime I need to take my mother to the emergency room to see if she can get her medication or relief from the nerve pain. Please do not put yourself through the frustration and heartache of dealing with this practice!"

"I have always enjoyed the services of Cheryl Vallie. I have seen her for several years and they have always taken care of me. However, recently they have taken this level of care to the next level. I escorted my mother as her health advocate (which I highly recommend that you all do for your family. Its hard to take good notes if you're on the receiving end of a hard diagnosis) and was completely blown away by Jenny Delk-Fikes. She not only showed empathy for the things my mother was going through, but she confidently and patiently explained the treatment plan in a way that both my mother and myself could completely understand. Not only that, but we were given the distinct impressing that Jenny was in this with us. Together we are going to face these challenges with what is undoubtedly the best medical care in the area. I sincerely thought that this level of medical care was only for television and the movies. I can't recommend this office enough. Also, the front office staff was amazing and helped my mother reschedule the appointment after she accidentally cancelled it during the confirmation call."

"Dr. Vallie is a good dr. But her front staff lies and doesn't have a care in the world about people and there health. Especially when they can't breathe and get denied service, in which no one is suppose to be denied service if breathing issues are a concern. When people aren't talking to yall and they are talking to each other and u can say something has been said that isn't been said is so unprofessional. Ur a place for people to to come and get better not be treated like there health isn't important. If u was in my shoes and this was u then u would know how it feels not to get help."

"She is really a great person and a very busy woman. She has been my primary for …I don’t even know how many years. She’s attentive to my needs, which I so appreciate! She’s seen me through alot, in the years I’ve known her, and she’s serious when it’s needed. She can be brutally honest about serious issues, so I know to listen closely. As long as she is willing to work, she’ll be my primary. Thanks Doc."

"The worst experience ever . The gate keepers at the front desk are the rudest people you will ever come to deal with. The lack of communication is hysterically bad ! I hate this place . Cheryl is nice , however if you are going to run a practice hire genuine people that care about your health running it. They have refused to call in a prescription several times for my husband who has been her patient for over 3 years ! So difficult to get them to fax over the medical records; after being frustrated from the get go we switched doctors and are still waiting on them to send over the medical records !!! I really think this all stems from the person with the ugly personality up front and HUGE lack of will and communication. Do NOT recommend !!!!!"
