"High turn over rate in staff. We had one therapist, we liked her a lot, but then she left. They put my daughter on a waiting list and then didn’t call us back for four months. Then when they finally call, it’s to collect money. I was told by star they were in network and of course they aren’t. Bridge family services has gone downhill."

"I was looking to find someone my daughter can speak with, she is 8 years old. I reached out to the social worker at my daughter's school and they referred me. I had no issue communicating back and forth, starting on 4/1/2021. They made me aware that there would be a wait of 3 to 4 weeks. Not ideal, but I was happy to wait. I even gave my approval to allow her to speak with an intern to expedite the process. My daughter was excited. Now here we are 6/3/2021, with NO RESPONSE TO ANY EMAIL SENT TO THEM. This lets me know that not only do they have ZERO empathy towards their potential patients, or the patient's parents, but also no professionalism. What a let down. This has been a waste of not only my time, but my daughters time. I will have to begin the process again with someone else. If I could give them zero stars I would."
