"Showed up at 9 for my 9:10 appointment. Door was locked and lights were off - pharmacist let me know that the employee showed up over 2 hours late last time. Waited until 9:10 and left. I was definitely not the first appointment of the day, so I am sure others had the same experience."

"I'm not sure I have ever written a review but the lack of communication between whomever answers the phones and the clinic staff is absurd. Not only did the clinic staff not help their responses were insanely ill mannered. Would suggest using a different lab services company."

"Let's be abundantly clear, this one star rating is NOT about the staff. Frankly, other reviewers who might choose to make it that way are MISSING some big systemic issues in the healthcare system that are exemplified by this location. One person to service the community this location is intended to serve is NOT adequate staffing and a bathroom without a door on it is NOT adequate facilities. The person handling half a dozen appointments scheduled in an hour span was doing admirable and challenging work under unfavorable circumstances so my one star review is only reflective of the fact that the FACILITY and STAFFING is what is in need of expansion/improvement, NOT individual members of the staff. Please staff more people, please add doors to the rooms. Thank you."

"Completely rude and unprofessional - I was sent away 3 times because either they shut the machine down or they were going to be closing in the next 30 min. She came out and there are 7 people in the waiting room and said “did someone fart in here!?” What!! Who says things like that!!! A few people asked her questions about how long it would take and she said she loves her job but she hates people coming for drug tests and if anyone makes a comment she will leave a comment for their new employer!! I can’t believe her behavior - literally I’m in shock! I will never come here again!"

"Website and testing info says they take walk in. Made me check in with an iPad in a 4 by 4 waiting room only to make an appointment an hour later. Had me wait in this jail cell of a lobby while they’re in the back with no patients taking about their personal lives. Very un professional and very rude people work here. Will not come back again."
