"Whatever you do do not book this therapist called Marco with a k... He doesn't even deserve one star, he does not care about his patients he is not punctual and this was just upon the second time of meeting him he was late and blame the receptionists and then blamed a glitch in the computer and although he apologized it couldn't be more insincere and there is by no means a reason excusable for a therapist to not be on time and responsible for their own actions. Not blame others, isn't that what therapy is all about? And don't go to him. I don't know about the other counselors there but I would not even let it cross your mind that Marco could help you through anything other than being late and feeling frustrated."

"I give two stars because I have not been able to see my therapist for 4 months, and I was making much progress. They were not willing to accommodate and kept cancelling my therapy appts. Also they were not willing to give a referral for another therapist, instead just gave me lame excuses and weren't much help at all going forward. I understand life happens but cancelling multiple times without accommodating and not willing to give a referral was very frustrating, I would not recommend AT ALL going here. If you want reliable therapists, look elsewhere."

"Came in looking for help with ADHD and some other stuff as my college years are getting harder and should've probably started going to therapy earlier. While I do get the reason for a no-show fee, youd think theyd cut me some slack as I had just started and was coming to see them about a condition that affects my short term memory. Two stars is only because my therapist was very nice for the one visit I had. Looks like therapy will wait another day. Oh well."

"My daughters have been seeing Ashley Nolan, and she is amazing. She does play therapy with them and my girls have really opened up at home and look forward to going to counseling with Ashley. I couldn't be happier. Now my whole family goes to Centennial and we all have our own counselors. It has helped save our family. They are amazing."

"My card was charged by centennial without my consent for over $328 dollars. No one gave me heads up nor contacted me about this. Reps there claimed that I owe that much after testing. I spoke to person testing me (purposely leaving her name out) and she Insured me that I will only be responsible for two extra hours which is about $140 for a contracted rate. To my surprise my card was charged over $328 dollars... I don’t know what happened but this is not right and I don’t think it’s legal to charge somebody’s card without their consent."
