"Had scheduled an appointment and when I started filling out the forms, they required a credit card be put on file so they can charge as they see fit. I called to cancel and they didn’t care at all to lose a customer. Was so excited to set this up but I refuse to do business with a place that keeps my card information to charge at any time. So unethical."

"After going here for about 4-5 months, I honestly can’t say it helped at all. Their approach was completely unprofessional and just caused more issues. My therapist tried giving me a diagnosis that made no sense, without all the background information needed to prove it. She then wanted me to go to an outside program for it. After deciding that program wasn’t the right fit for me, I told her that I wouldn’t be doing it, because she said it was always okay to disagree with what she had to say. Although the one time I disagreed with her, I got an email a few days later saying she would no longer see me or try to help. She refused to help me when I actually needed it. 100% would not recommend this place. They’re both unethical and unprofessional and definitely do not have the kind of people you can trust."
