"The office never answers the phone and doesn't return calls. Not sure how this office stays in business."
"I would avoid this place at all costs. Most health care experiences in the US are frustrating, but this practice takes it to a new level. They seem to outsource their staff to call centers and it takes weeks to get an appointment. For a simple Fibroscan I had in the last week of October I am not getting my results explained to me until 5 weeks later. Just to explain the result! They have a horrible web-portal that they never reply to messages on. The data they post to the portal is inconsistent. I had to ask several times for them to post results that were overlooked. For simple follow-ups like sharing test results they require an office visit (they will not call you and simply share the results with you by telephone). Any interaction requires an office visit or video call visit. I think they do this so they can bill your insurance hundreds of dollars for less than 5 minutes of time spent. Any other doctor I've dealt with just has the office call you back and tell you about the results. The locations they sent me too were all very shady: seemingly abandoned buildings and weird office parks with temporary signage. One of their offices had consumer style bathroom scales, and they didn't even match - it was like employees brought in their random old scales from home. They're also not consistent in their care approach/practice which makes me wonder about their diagnosis and treatments. I had a Fibroscan done twice and both times the people using the machine seemed confused if they were using it right because the numbers coming up were beyond reasoning. They also explain nothing after the scan; even to even simply say "this looks good," or "this is concerning, we will want to schedule a follow-up with the doctor." Instead you go away knowing nothing and have to wait 4-5 weeks and go to another office visit to just learn about the result (which takes 5 min or less to explain). Such a waste of time and disrespectful of patients."

"Showed up to initial appointment 10 minutes before. 40 minutes later still waiting to be called back, front desk advised I had to wait for a room to be available and others showed up late. Reschedule if they are late, not my fault!"
