"I've had some of the worst service at a doctor office with this location. My first pregnancy I had to see them on a regular basis. Appointments mean nothing to them, it would take them 30-hour to call my name to go back for my scheduled appointment. After seeing the nurse another 30mins would pass before seeing the doctor. Plan on being here for 1.5-2hrs easily! I'm on my 2nd pregnancy and called to change my first visit with them. I was on hold for 25mins before someone could talk to me. Their scheduling system needs a major overhaul. And they need to hire more front desk people to help them. I just hope I don't have to come see them on a regular basis again. If so, I would rather drive out of my way to another office then to come to this location."

"From the amazing front staff to my Dr, Dr Bednar, everyone was always so welcoming even offering snacks and water! The ultrasound tech’s constantly make sure you are comfortable during the ultrasounds and will even offer to give you a break if needed. Nobody rushes you through the appointments so you can decide how much time YOU need! Dr Bednar never failed to remind me how she is there for me and only a phone call away and I truly felt cared for by the entire staff! Coming here made my whole pregnancy that much easier and took all of my concerns away to where I could sit back and just enjoy it!"

"They never answer the phone and, if they do, they put you on hold for another hour. Had an appointment with Dr. DeStefano, but she didn't show up, and we saw another doctor instead. No one informed us in advance. They have no respect for their patients."

"By far the best doctor and nurse practitioner. I was referred to this place because the sonographer at our OBGYN was pretty much impatient and rude. And as expected was referred here.. the reports came out normal I had nothing to worry about. And the sonographer was so patient and friendly. The doctor was very caring and understanding."

"Absolutely love them! I had an issue a few months back with a rude staff member, I immediately got a phone call and the issue was corrected. Needless to say this lady is not too happy to see me every time I walk in but she stays in her place. Everyone else in the office has been very welcoming and nice. They work hard to get my son situated. Every ultrasound I have had ends good and I leave with more than enough pictures of my baby boy. The doctor is straight forward and willing to answer any questions or concerns I have."
