Cedar Park Regional Sleep Center

"I had seen Kelsey month ago. She stated I would get a call for a sleep study in a few days. It's been a month. I called they stated the insurance denied the sleep study with no explanation. I've called several times trying to get an answer. Frustrating to say the least. Kelsey is top notch the office staff need some serious help. Don't waste your time. Update: I found out the reason I was denied. It is because I need to loose weight according to the staff. I'm 5'6 125 lbs! 3 month months of waiting to be mis-coded! Like I stated previously don't waste your time."

"I was incredibly anxious going into my sleep study and the team at Cedar Park Regional Sleep Center literally made the experience dare I say- stress free? Suzanne is a gem and put my mind at ease by answering all my questions before and after the study. Jose, the sleep tech, was a literal angel. He ensured I was comfortable through out the process and made sure that sensors were attached in a way that when I laid down I couldn't even feel them (still blown away he was able to do this). When I woke up in the middle of the night having to use the bathroom, he was right there to help me through the process, making what could be a nightmare experience, stress free. Sleep studies are weird, but having a team that truly cares like this makes a massive difference. Having spoken to several people who have had sleep studies at other facilities, it was clear my experience was top notch compared to what some people have been through. I could not recommend Cedar Park Regional Sleep Center more."

"The Sleep center is itself fine but the billing is awful experience. US acute care solutions billing again seperately, I am not able to reach them to ask for an explanation or Cedar Park regional sleep center is giving me run around saying I have signed to receive seperate bill. THis is the worst experience I have been dealing for last four months. Never back again there."

"Went for my sleep study and it was all around a great Experience! Jose was a great technician. He greeted me super friendly and accommodated me with water and snacks! He explained the whole process from start to finish! The sleep number beds are amazing and accommodating. They even have showers and bathrooms in every single room! Would definitely go back to this sleep Center and refer my friends and family there as well!!! Many Thanks!"

"this was a five-star professional experience! I have had four other sleep studies -- including an extensive Mayo Clinic analysis -- and this was by far the easiest and most professional. I was greeted by the highly experienced lab supervisor Kate, who quickly connected me -- the fastest and easiest setup that I have ever had...... Later that night when I had to use the bathroom, a technician appeared almost instantly -- impressively responsive........... I was surprised to discover a large walk-in shower with unlimited hot water. WOW! And as I was leaving, I was handed a a steaming cup of coffee. What a great way to head to work. My thanks to the entire center team for helping me become healthier!"
