"Showed up and couldn't find the location as the Google map location is a different building. I called and was immediately put on hold and then hung up on. Then I called back and the front desk operator gave me directions, these were not good directions. She directed me to the second floor of the building I was in front of. I clearly started I was standing in front of 212A and she told me to go around to the other side of the building and the second floor. From the other side of the building there is no second floor access. It's also building A, not B. Once I finally made it, 5 minutes late, I was asked to fill out extremely confusing forms most of which I was asked over the phone when I called to make the appointment. Then I sat in the office for 45 more minutes before being seen by a doctor. 50 minutes after my appointment time. At this point I would have given the visit a zero star review. However the doctor was attentive and very helpful. So there ya go 3 stars. Probably would have been 5 if the front desk staff had a clue what they were doing and I wasn't kept waiting. I will update if I need to go back."

"So, I had two large ingrown toe nails on my big toes, and had suffered through it for about two weeks before finally throwing in the towel and google doctor for help. Stumbled upon this place, gave them a call, they were so kind and able to get me in the same day and took my insurance, score. Then I arrive for my appointment and literally every single person was an actual delight and I cannot say enough for my doctor. He was calm, patient, and super quick. He mentioned he had a 24 year old daughter and I could tell because he was just the kindest man I've met and made me feel super comfortable even when getting 4 shots in each toe.. Honestly, can't say enough nice things about this facility, but as a woman, if this guy decided to be a gyno tomorrow, I'd make him my gyno too. Yeah, he's that awesome."

"Cannot recommend this place enough! I have very sensitive feet and I don't like other people touching them. The concept of getting surgery on my toe brings up feelings that I assume most other people would have when staring down an appointment with a dentist-clown. Abject, complete horror. But it was so easy, and yes, affordable. Dr. Robson is super helpful and cost-conscious, working with me to find the best place to get my prescription filled, and finding the best way to handle my infection! Dr. St. Louis is fantastic too, helping keep me calm as the procedure began. Heck, even the nursing staff is superb."
