"Doctors and nurses are good but office staff is lacking. It’s very hard to get into this office for an appointment. I made one two months in advance. The morning of my appointment I was parking my car and they called me to let me know it was canceled. Even if you book months in advance they won’t call or text you to remind you of your appointment. It’s up to you to do that. I’ve had issues with billing there as well. Once again, when you can get in to see a doctor, a nurse, they are very good and professional but to actually get to them involves working with not the most organized or professional staff."

"I give up on this place. The doctors are good but I can't get in to see them anymore. They either cancel my appointment or in todays case refused to see me as I was just at the 15 minute cutoff due to unexpected detours in my hour long drive. Now I have to wait 2 more months to try and see them again. Frankly I don't have much hope for that appointment anymore. I wanted to stay with them after moving to Temple but having to rethink that now. I need doctors that can see when I have issues, not two months later."
