"Worst customer care I’ve ever encountered. Average wait just to speak to anyone was over 20 minutes. They called me in a prescription yet didn’t tell me where and let me suffer for 3 days in extreme pain. (Still never got the medicine) Management is so disorganized I feel embarrassed for them. If this is how they treat their patients... I hope they go out of business. Especially if this is how they treat elderly people as well. Smh"

"Wasn't going to write but decided to after seeing a 4 star rating here and then readng another viewer who actually wrote his review on another site indicating he too had an unfavorable experience and decided perhaps it was best to allow the public to be aware. I agree with the person who said this Dr. did a lot of tests and was very personable and appeared very concerned. He is also regarded as being someone whom is to be well experienced in this field and therefore I felt he would be a good choice. I was not at all pleased. After years of being diagnosed as Irritable Bowl Syndrome and having continued problems, Dr. Siddiqui ran all sorts of test and when I specifically called and asked for testing for parasites because I had begun to do my own research on my symptoms, they did them and told me I had an absorption problem. They then later ordered another stool test, completely ignoring my wishes to pursue the parasites, and that test proved no absorption problem. After again my insistance of infestation, they finally did the pill cam and I ended up with pinworms in the small intestines that had been there for 'quite some time'. I was livid needless to say. Also his PA was not familair with the term 'thread worm" when she referred to them as pinworm and I used 'threadworm' and told me that it wasn't her area of expertise. I would never go back to the office. When I asked for my records to be sent to other doctors, there had been obvious corrections in her notes, as she indicated some personal notes that were not true of the visit. I would avoid this practice."

He has the biggest heart for his patients, and has performed many of my procedures with great outcomes, and he applies his knowledge to discuss all options while avoiding risks with you and your family. I simply cannot say enough about his bed side manner and calming presence. Dr. Siddiqui is always up-to-date wth the Gastro community, and a leader in gastroenterology. I've seen many Gastro doctors... He is simply out of their league. I highly recommend him... To everyone, but especially if you are not getting results and good care from your current Doctor."

"We've been to the Round Rock and Georgetown location before, today was our first time at the Cedar Park location. Office staff was quick and friendly. They got us back pretty quickly and we saw Dr. Siddiqui in a few minutes. Dr. Siddiqui has been my mother's GI doctor for several years now. He goes above and beyond every visit and is very understanding and friendly. He is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to my friends and family."
