"I had my 1st appointment with Dr Ali November 17, 2022. I was quite satisfied with her. She explained things to me so clearly. I had no problem with the front desk. Not overly friendly but after all it is a doctor's office. They are all different! I will be back and refer friends and family to her."
"I am rating this a ZERO-0...... Dr. Ali was wonderful with my mom, but the office staff office (manager and Brittany A). I simply explained to the doctor that my mom had a recent MRI, but they did not have the results. Brittany A. told Dr. Ali that she called my mom's primary care doctor and contacted the family. I asked her who did she call, and she had an attitude. That was not true. There is no way my mom's primary care doctor would have told them that they did not have any new test results. Well, Brittany A. called the doctor's office and they sent the test results over. After the visit, I asked Brittany A. what number did she have as a primary number, and she RUDELY told me that she was on a call. I asked to speak with the office manager, and she tried to defend the RUDE Brittany A. I will take my mom somewhere else where EVERYONE is expected to be PROFESSIONAL."
"I will echo what others have said. I've seen Dr. Le for nearly a decade. He has met my personal needs as a neurologist. This review is for his office staff, specifically Victoria. In over 30 years of dealing w/ doctors, specialists, and their staff, she is unquestionably the rudest and most inept person I've come across. Even though Dr. Le is the most convenient for me logistically I will no longer support his practice. The person Victoria replaced, Candy, was no peach herself. I wonder who does the hiring here. It's worth noting I've never carried a negative balance w/ them. Someone in charge needs to wake up to how much Victoria hurts their business."
"My wife is currently a patient, Dr Ali is more than you could expect! From the first meeting, I knew my wife was in the right hands, FINALLY! Extremely knowledgeable, confident, informative and very caring. She'll ensure that you are informed and up to date. Helpful in all areas, even in times were our insurance refused to cover the prescriptions... Her and her staff are finding ways to help cover the cost. We are grateful to Dr Ali and her staff. Thanks for your dedication."
"I have visited this office for a year. I even sent my parents to this office. Dr. Ali is excellent but the office manager is not. About a year ago I change my personal phone number. Six months ago, I received my appointment notification via email and I made my appointment without any problem. However, recently one day after my scheduled appoint I received an email stating I missed my appointment and needed to pay the $50 no show fee. I informed the very nice assistant that I did not receive the email notification of my appointment and I missed it because I was not reminded of the appointment as I had been reminded in the past. She refused to reschedule until the $50 fee was paid, but agreed to speak with the office manager. I just received a call the office clerk, not the manager, stating that it was my job to inform the office of my new phone number; it was my responsibility to remember my appointment; they discontinued email notifications due to some internal errors with the system and the $50 fee would stand. I politely stated that I would not return. Likewise, I will pull my extended families accounts from this office. The office changed their notification system which created an issue. My phone number was changed prior to my November appointment and there was no issue and there would have been no issue if they had kept their notification system. Patients rely on Dr reminders for appointments. When they turned off the email notifications, it should have been with the realization that they would have some issues with reminders. This office manager has made a bad decision, is customer unfriendly. I rarely write negative reviews. A change was made by the office which caused this issue and the fee should be waived."
