"I have been going to this facility for a few years as emergency and/or weekend issues arrive. I've had horrendous pain from injuries and weak bones. The doctor did back/spine xrays & actually showed and explained. I gone with Covid symptoms, etc. I was just there yesterday feeling horrible with chills, fever, etc etc. ALL the ladies spoke to me with concern and VERY caring. A+ all around! I highly recommend!"

"This was an excellent alternative to er. I was out of town and lil one had ear infection. It had just started and we were going to be flying in a couple of days. We got in and out I’m not time and he was taken care of. Didn’t seem to look at weird because I caught it soon. They saw infection and water in ears and gave antibiotics to help clear it up!! Very goo bedside manner with both the nurse and the physician. I would recommend to anyone!!!!"

"Please find another urgent care. My brother and have never delt with a broken bone before so we had no idea what the usual protocal was. We were sent home with a splint and zero instructions. We were not told to follow up with anyone, how long to leave it on, literally zero info. We are going to have to pay hundreds of dollars just for a nurse to put on a splint and then googling what to do later when we realized we were given no info and ultimately ended back up in a diffrent urgent care where all of the employees there were blown away at how awful this place was. Also they didn't even give us copies of his x-rays. Just a heads up as well the facility was in network, but the doctor we saw doesn't take our insurance, so everything was out of network too."

"Came here bc according to the reviews you are seen quickly, you are, and the dr was superb, very accommodating and helpful. However they could use some bedside manners on the admin side - culture was taken Saturday, according to their admin sent off to labs Monday, and we received feedback that the medication prescribed wasn’t right the following Friday. At 5pm. (Should’ve had a phone call on Tuesday when lab results returned) When I raised this concern to the person calling me, instead of an actual empathetic apology and promise to do better, I heard excuses and combative impolite tones. Clearly they have poor internal communication as we took initiative to call them during the week and had them prescribe us new medication. Which the caller on Friday was also unaware of. I’d go somewhere else if you need to have a painful infection taken care of."
