Went in to the Kyle Ascension location for a new patient physical, which I received, and was billed $484.00 for a Pre-diabetic check-up I did not receive and that my insurance did not cover. I have been trying to fight it since April 2021 and as of righting this, it is now September 2021. It is impossible to reach Virginia Wu (The nurse practitioner my appointment was with). The main hospital has no clue where she is, all the numbers other facilities have on file are all wrong. She basically doesn't exist anymore except for the fact that I owe her that money for a service I did not receive. Very not happy"
