"Central phone access is horrible. The office staff is excellent. Sr. Stoeckel is the best, prompt, thorough, doesn’t assume anything, listens, and explains everything. The nursing assistants are well versed, take vitals and gather lab orders fast and painlessly!"

"First visit was great. Doctor was very attentive, and the office staff was very nice. I had a phone appointment scheduled for the following week. For some reason the doctor did not prescribe an inhaler like he said he would. I just thought it would come up in our phone appointment. I got a text saying that my appointment had to be cancelled and I needed to contact the office. I did and I was told I could keep my appointment with the nurse. I said I would like to do that. I have looked forward to this call all week. I get a phone call the day before my phone appointment saying before I could "see" the doctor I would have to change my primary physician with my insurance. The person I was speaking with was very vague on details. I assumed this was for future specialist referral. I told him I would do what I could, but we were very busy. He never said my appointment for the next day would be cancelled if I did not get this done. The day of the appointment the same person contacts me and says if I haven't changed the primary with my insurance, they would have to cancel my appointment. He was very unbothered by how upset I was and could care less what I had to say. The next appointment to see the doctor is more than 3 weeks away. I just fired my other doctor and now with this I am even further behind trying to get in to see a specialist. I tried to call back and talk with someone else but was met with more "could care less" attitude. I'm out. I was looking forward to seeing a good doctor. I am back on the lookout for a new doctor. Total waste of time and money."

"All the providers here are wonderful and thorough. Front desk team was super inviting. Just got my labs drawn today and she was wonderful too. No pain and explained everything well. Overall great experience!"

The front desk ladies were extremely helpful and friendly, Dr. Justine Elling was so personable and down to earth. She took her time with me, she was thorough and I felt heard. We all know this isn’t always the case-in this day and age where so much rudeness and strife abound, my experience with these ladies was so refreshing!!"
