"I went here for a follow up appointment from a hospital discharge. Dr. Alkarra was an amazing man. Very polite, helpful, and answered all questions thoroughly. The front office staff, however, were the complete opposite. They were not kind or polite and I was made to feel like I was disrupting their day somehow. This treatment was equally as unpleasant over the phone when rescheduling an appointment. I hope his front office staff shapes up or is staffed with kinder people in the future."

"Called for an appointment receptionist asked me to be here at 11. Sat for 1 hour before I left room to find out if I had been forgotten I was told that she would be right in then she came right in to tell me that she was going to see another patient before me so needless to say I left This place needs to have better customer service, better time management and a little consideration for other peoples time and effort. From the lady who took my blood pressure (very hard to understand and she had a mask) got my BP so elevated due to her lace of the English language to the very rude so called Doctor who poked her head in to tell me she was going to see other patients before me now let me remind you my appt was at 11 and it was 12 when I was told this. Will not ever even entertain the idea of coming back to this so called "dr office""

"Really like Dr. Alkarra and Rebecca, they are both very thorough. However, whoever escrpts meds needs another job. The name, address and phone number of our pharmacy is on our paperwork and in the computer, yet it took a week before we got the meds, due to her sending the order to the wrong pharmacy. Not once, but 3 times. Also, the hospital I requested for some test was messed up, not once but twice. And now, I've been told the doctor I need to see is not in my network. Come to find out, hei7 is, according to my insurance,so I'm still waiting."
