"I will not return to this clinic they seem to have no sense of urgency for anyone. I literally sat in waiting area for an hour to have blood drawn. Finally after being so patient I asked “how much longer I have been waiting for 40 minutes” and still waited another 15 minutes to be seen. It’s a shame for anyone to have to wait for so long for a procedure that could have been done in 20min or less. It only shows how unprofessional their staff is."

"I was given an appointment for 10/27/23 @ 6:00 for a well adult checkup with labwork. The lab was closed. Plus i didnt fast. Who can fast till 6pm? They debated and questioned my well womens checkup.i felt like the staff was just trying to rush me out . I could hear them clearly and loudly from the patient room i was in , disclosing my private past lab results! How embarrassing how unprofessional. They rescheduled my papsmear and my lab work different days ..... this clinic is so unorganized. Why would appoint desk schedule an appointment so late if lab and pharmacy is closed ? Is this how low income patients get treated ?"

"Terrenos Clinic is amazing! The staff in that location are always so welcoming and very helpful. Always making sure I'm taking care of and have my appointments set up before I leave. Super thankful for front desk staff very friendly and nice. Ms Garza is very attentive with me and always makes sure my questions are answered, her MA Jennifer, super sweet and always making sure I am comfortable, all staff always have a smile on their face. Definitely a good Clinic for this area."

"Personally I haven't attended as a patient myself but I have taken my grandchildren in & the care they give is awesome. Starting with the receptionist they always greet you with a smile Rosa & Gisell on the A side then Ana & Jennifer on the B side make sure you feel welcomed as soon as you come in. You can tell they take who they hire serious because everyone in the office is eager to help. Ms. Sweeney & Dr. Henry truly care about the patients and making sure you walk out the door feeling better. They even personally walk you out to check out where Regina, Sandy, & Sarah make sure you have everything you need before leaving. Great set up. Will continue to recommend my friends & family. Appointments always available same day which is very convenient as well."

"Amazing facility. All the staff is awesome. They make sure you feel great when you leave. The facility is super clean, & it always smells so good. They even offer grants for anyone who is low income and they truly care about the patients. I recommend every one I know here.
