I have been a patient for over 6 years and I love the quality time I received. The staff has always been very professional, even when I'm running out of parking time.(LOL) I'm allowed to leave and come right back to my exam room. Not a long wait time to see Dr. Moore!! "The Dr. has never spent more than 2 minutes with me. She turns it over to the nurse for everything and consistently the prescriptions are called in wrong, or not at all as well as other breakdowns in what needs to be done. Follow up calls for the blood work are good as long as I don't have questions. It is always "We'll have to get back to you" if there is a question. For some reason, every time I go in I have to have blood drawn for a blood test, even if I am just there to get my prescriptions renewed or reviewed. It seems like there is low utilization of the in house phlebotomist so this is a way of trying to address that. Just my opinion."
