"I was a walk-in, and was seen very, very quickly. Only waited about 10 or 15 minutes. The nurse was very friendly and accommodating. The physician assistant seemed very knowledgeable, and knew exactly what the issue was and recommended medication. I’ve been to this facility on multiple occasions, and they have always been helpful and able to diagnose my condition. I highly recommend them!"

I tried getting on the portal, but it would not accept my access code that was given to me. I would like to have a report sent to me by email."

"Let's start by saying, I have no idea where these "great/good" reviews are coming from because every time I have come here, they take your copay and do nothing to help you. I went in with a sore throat and a cough earlier this month. There wasn't anyone in the waiting room and there didn't appear to be anyone in the building. I signed in using the kiosk and sat down, someone finally came to the desk and collected my copay. When I got back to an exam room, the nurse took my vitals and tested me for Covid and strep. I sat waiting on a PA - Physician's Assistant (not even a Doctor!). Jean Cho, PA enters the room and asks, "what can I do for you?"... What?!? Do they even read WHY a patient is there or do they want to see if you remember? She says I'm negative for the two tests and listens to me breathing for half a minute. States there's nothing more to do and to get plenty of fluids. I'm pissed at this point, tell her every time I have gone there, they take my money, do nothing and send me home. THEN, she says, "If it's a viral thing, antibiotics won't help"... Then offers to test me for the Flu. The nurse comes back in my room, tests me and sets a timer. After the timer stops going off, I continue to wait in the room then PA enters 10 minutes later. She glanced at the POSITIVE Flu B results and decides she can offer me Tamiflu. I honestly was done with her by this point and told her not to do anything she wasn't already planning on doing. She says she'll call in a cough suppressant and if I get worse to come back (I'll never go back nor will I send anyone to them). I leave and go home. Check my chart online and see these folks (because I want to say much, much worse) never even entered my Flu B results. I made an appointment with my PCP and now I'm on, not only, an antibiotic but have an inhaler and two other meds. NEVER EVER GO HERE! ITS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!!"
