"I have been trying for 2 months to change a vehicle on my policy. Unlike USAA I can’t just add it on my policy online I can only request it. They emailed to ask about coverages I responded, it was never changed. I’ve called the location each time always got voicemail and a return phone call a week later. I keep following up to ask why it hasn’t been done and it’s always an excuse. While the people are polite when I speak with them, I feel like I am having to do all the work that they should be doing and following up with. Updated review: a lady took over my issue and she called me twice a week with updates. It still took longer than I think it should but that’s more of an Allstate process issue than this office."
