"On Thanksgiving morning, I took a walk along the Riverwalk from my hotel and found this. There is a sign explaining the purpose and construction. It was closed but there was a place to buy tickets and you could go up to the top. I saw stairs and elevators. The general area outside was nice and well kept. It was a beautiful and crisp morning and quite peaceful."
