"Difficult to find location no signs posted on building, no address numbers posted on building, not able to see in from outside to confirm office is open, visiting alone was afraid to enter, not sure I was at correct location that was a office for business. Staff failed to call pharmacy, all information is digital, just needed to click, after 3 days, I called, took 15 mins to speak to staff to request prescription. Staff was rude, stating it was sent in, I assured the staff prescription was not sent to pharmacy, based on pharmacy investigation and I received no notification it was sent, once clicked by staff automated notification to me are generated. Once convinced staff to send, received notification, too much time spent."
