"I own a Health Care Agency, specializing in Wound Care. I called the manufacture Molnlycke to see where in TX our patients can buy their supplies from. We were given this company and their service is awful. Customer service people are rude, hung up before one can ask a questions. I have sent about 6 patients to buy supplies there and they all tell me they ended up buying else where because this company does not want to sell to them. It has not happened 1 time or 2 or 3, but many times. Do yourself a favor and order from Mercy Surgical. Another distributor referred by the manufacturer or order on-line, Amazon, lots of options and better prices."
