"Office staff and medical team are very unprofessional. Communication is never updated in a timely manner. I actually witnessed the medical staff arguing with each other while I was in the restroom and had to walk through the middle of their argument at my last appointment. Staff does not process tests that are requested by the physician. Appointments are not available when needed making it difficult to receive prenatal care. The office always has a bad smell, unbearable sometimes, doesn’t help to wear a mask. Dr. Hamed takes her time to speak with patients but could be a little more thorough and would help if she could remember interactions between patients."

"You could see how busy this office is but I appreciate that everyone is always nice and helpful. I have seen Dr. Castillo before he retired and now I am seeing Dr. Piegari. Both are excellent. Dr. Piegari is one of the best doctors I have ever met in my life - he is very busy but takes time to answer your questions and always follows up. You can see that he truly cares about his patients! I’ll always be greatful for the service and care he provides to me and other patients."

"My sister had her appointment at 9am . It is now 11am and a Dr still has not seen her. They made her undress and wait for the dr. Shes been waiting half undress for 30 min now. I went to ask how much longer til the Dr sees her. The nurse said "she doesn't know" and that there is only 1 Dr whom was called to do an emergency c section. Horrible patient care."

"I was a new patient to this facility and was originally scheduled for Dr. Vine and let’s just say I am so glad I got Dr. Yunas instead! First issue was I made an appointment online and when I got there they couldn’t find me and had to squeeze me in. So I waited some hours until I was finally called back. Dr. Yunas and her medical assistant were amazing. She was so attentive and answered all my questions and was going to call in my RX. This is where I never want to deal with Dr. Vine if I don’t have to. After about 2 hrs of waiting for my RX to be called in. I called the pharmacy they didn’t have it so I called the office. Received a call back from Dr. Vine she was very snippy, over-talked me and just had an attitude. I informed her what me and Dr. Yunas discussed and she said “I’ll call you back because I only deal with emergencies” she called back about 10 minutes later and stated “she called it in but you have to be patient” “you need to have some patience” “I’ve been doing this for 20 yrs and sometimes you have to wait.” She said this about 5 times as if I didn’t hear her the first time but as I was trying to state to her but she was over-talking me, no one told me how to long wait, I’ve had prescriptions be sent as soon as I leave or within the hour. If YOUR office requires hours of waiting for a RX to be send then say that. She even said I should check back tomorrow, well this was an important medication that couldn’t wait until tomorrow but she did ask that? Absolutely not. I have much patience as I was waiting hours to see a doctor after no one could find my appointment that I made the previous day. Gerilynn Salmeron Vine, the way you talked so rude to me is absolutely no way to talk to a new patient or any patient at all. I’m not sure if you were having a bad day or taking your frustrations out on me but you could learn some bed side manner from Dr. Yunas. Be nice, talk to people with some respect and don’t belittle, over-talk or down them just because they are checking on a prescription. Yes, we know you been doing this 20 years and you have MD behind your name, but we are all still human who deserve respect."

"I am unhappy about how y'all are treating my wife. There has been no communication from anyone. There is no documentation on the blood work y'all did on my wife. An everytime we give y'all more time to get yourself in order. Y'all say the same thing nobody hasn't called you yet. An say you will call is back. This is unprofessional and a waste of time. Front desk needs new people y'all don't do a great job. The doctor himeself is great"
