"I arrived 5 minutes before they opened @ 7:30 am & was the 1st to be seen. Front Desk personnel greeted me with a smile & checked me in right away. The technician who collected my specimen was very professional & gave me detail instructions on what to do. The restroom had old blue dye on the floor which I thought could have been cleaned up a little more. My whole visit took less than 30 minutes."

"I will never use this office again. 1 1/2 hour wait. Another 1 1/2 hour for a physical. Staff was asking each other questions about what step was next in the physical. Guy had to stick me twice to draw blood and that’s never happened before. I was told I could come back the next day for testing. Then when I arrived at 3:30 they said I needed another authorization number from my company. The medical office for my company was closed. So now I have to come back again for a 3rd time. NEVER AGAIN FOR ANYTHING"

"I wish I had the option to give these people no stars at all. if you go to this place, please bring your lunch and dinner. I got there at 11:00 AM and by 3:30 PM they were still not DONE with me. They didn't even care about the work they were doing on me at all, it only took them less than a minute to do it, but they made me wait for more than four hours. The place is very unorganized not clean. I have done pre-employment screens many times. but this place is the WORST. They put me in a small room with many other people doing the test. I wouldn't trust them with my test. I left the place because after four hours they still wanted me to be in the Lobby waiting."

"Every single time I've come here for a work physical, they find a new and exciting way to make the experience terrible. One of their doctors noticed that I had a "slightly elevated white cell count" (I was on the tail end of a cold) and started his prognosis with, "I'd love to sign off on your physical, but I'm concerned that you may have Leukemia, and I'd like to run some more tests." ...Most recently, they closed the office nearest to me, and without any update to their address on their website, and after several phone calls to make sure they were open, and driving to the old location, and seeing a sign that gave the new address, and then trying to call, again, and then driving to the new location, I was told, "Yeah, we were supposed to be open yesterday, but it could still be a few days." ...Wasted half a day on these jokers. ...DONE."
