"What started out as a great recommendation and huge help has quickly turned south. This company put in a mitigation unit, and very nicely offered to install a sump pump and seal the pit at a later date. Sump pump was not an issue (and once again much appreciated they were willing to help), BUT what was the issue is that they left my water treatment discharge hose hanging from a pipe that soaked my theater room carpet, trim, and drywall. After multiple calls/emails and explaining the issue, they said it was not their fault that the installer left it that way and was my duty as the homeowner to review the work and notice it was not put back how it should have been. Extremely let down in what started as a great experience crumble with zero accountability or communication."
