"We were looking for a great place that could help us with deciding what resorts would be the best in a specific location, unfortunately we did not get any help. Apparently, we called on a Sunday (which the website says they are open from 10am til 8pm). The lady that answered was very short and rude and very unprofessional. First, answering with just a "hello", (we had to ask if it was Fox Valley Travel) then proceeding to say "we are not open, what did you want" . When we said that we were looking for some help and maybe becoming a customer , we were instructed to call back tomorrow as "we are not open"."
