"The counseling and support I received over many years at LifeWork was life-changing and I would not be where I am today without its counselors and the work of Marsha Linehan. I mostly saw a therapist who has since left the practice, but I had nearly only good experiences with the others, whether they were teaching group or providing back up coaching. I graduated from both the adolescent group class and the adult class, and both helped me learn about why my brain acts the way it does and what I can do about it, in a supportive environment much different from other group therapies where I've often felt the blind end up leading the blind. I have not had to go inpatient for my behavioral health issues since I was an adolescent and I credit DBT with that. If you're struggling with feeling out of control of your emotions and you're willing to put in the work, DBT can change your life and open doors towards building and living a life worth living, and I trust Jeff and his team to bring it to life."

"I was referred to Lifework as I am going through a very difficult time in my life. I suffered a lot of losses at the same time. I was ill, which required relocation here. I had 4 surgeries and complications. At about the same time my only support and lifelong friend of 37 died. While all of this is occurring my service animal of 14 years passed away.
